Sam Bradley led all scorers
with 40 points as PAWS London Capital notched up their second win of
the season over the Sheffield Sharks with a comfortable 97-78 win in
London on Saturday evening.
Wes Miller added 21 points and Ibrahim Gariba scored eight as Steve
Bucknall’s
team moved up to joint seventh with their fourth win of the season.
The Capital City Academy side recorded an early 22-4 burst to lead
24-6 and kept the visitors at arms length throughout the remainder
of the
game.
Sharks threatened a comeback in the third quarter with a 14-2 burst
moving them back to within 11 at 64-53 but they could not get any closer.
